• Sprinkler start-up, test, timer set-up and minor head adjustment

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES?

• Snow removal once the snow reaches two inches along streets, sidewalks, community mailbox area and driveways.
• Ice control along sidewalks, streets and community mailbox areas.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES?

• Monthly financial reconciliation of all accounts
• Payment of HOA bills
• CC&R Enforcement
• 4 Visual Condition Reports during the year
• Attendance at up to 4 HOA board meetings during the year and one owner’s meeting
